We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for our established Leeds residential care Home which provides care to 6 Adults with learning disabilities.

This opportunity will see you working as part of an established team, reporting to the Senior Manager for learning disabilities.

As Registered manager you will be responsible for managing, leading and inspiring the team to deliver excellent person-centered care in a safe, stable, nurturing and caring environment and strive to move the home to an outstanding CQC rating.

We also seek someone who is self-motivated, with strong personal values aligned to those of the Charity and has the energy and a passion for supporting adults with a Learning disability.

Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager

As part of a major restructuring of the Leadership and Management within the Charity, the Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager post presents a unique opportunity for you to join the Senior Management Team within the Charity, reporting to the Head of Adult Care.
You will be a values led person with a significant role to play in sustaining the values and ethos of Catholic Care. The Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager Post is an entirely new role with the purpose of providing overall management of the Adult Learning Disability Services and the delivery of excellent person-centered services in a safe, stable, nurturing and caring environment for the adults in our care. We are also seeking someone who is visionary and can assist the Head of Adult care in developing the existing services and new service opportunities.
We see this role as a new and exciting position within the charity and are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives and opportunities for Adults at risk. We also seek someone with strong personal values aligned to those of the Charity and has the energy and passion to help carry the Service into the next decade.

Senior Support Worker (Grade 2) + Outreach

Support the Trust Board in delivering its Strategic Plan at a local level.
Hold the Headteacher and leadership team to account for the educational performance of the school.
Oversee the financial performance of the school within the agreed budget.
Actively embrace parental, staff and community engagement to raise the profile of the school.

Support Worker – Care Bank

Could you be part of a dedicated team caring for adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting? Are you looking to get back in to full time employment or maybe would like the opportunity to work on a flexible basis?

Catholic Care operates a Care Bank which employs people to work as and when required to cover for sickness and annual leave. Employees would be supported in this by the teams of committed support workers in various homes and projects throughout the Diocese.  Training will be given.

In our homes we provide care and support for people from different cultural and religious backgrounds, to enable integration to the local community

£10.09 per hour inclusive
