Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager

Exciting new Senior Management Opportunity

As part of a major restructuring of the Leadership and Management within the Charity we are seeking to establish a team of Senior Managers and the Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager post presents a unique opportunity for you to join and become an integral part of this newly formed Senior Management Team within the Charity, reporting to the Head of Adult Care and working with the Director. This is a new role to manage the existing services and the development and introduction of new services as part of the strategic development of the charity. This role is being recruited alongside that of the Senior Manager for Older Peoples Services.

You will be a values led person with a significant role to play in sustaining the values and ethos of Catholic Care.
The Adult Learning Disability Senior Manager Post is an entirely new role with the purpose of providing overall management of the charity’s Adult Learning Disability Services and the delivery of excellent person-centred services in a safe, stable, nurturing and caring environment for the adults the charity cares for and supports. We are also seeking someone who is visionary and can assist the Head of Adult Care in developing the existing services and in developing and delivering new service opportunities.

We see this role as a new and exciting position within the charity and are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the lives and opportunities for Adults at risk and who has a commitment to investing in their future. Registered Manager – Eller Beck Extra Care Facility and Domically Care Outreach

 

Exciting New Opportunity For a Registered Manager in Extra Care

In continuing with its work in caring for and supporting older people the charity has forged a new partnership with H21 where its role will be to provide the care and support services into a brand-new Extra Care scheme in Skipton.

We are now seeking to appoint a values led person for the role of Registered Manager for this new service. We are looking for experience coupled with energy and enthusiasm and a desire and passion to provide a high-quality service to older people to assist them in maintaining their independence and enjoying a high quality of life for longer.
The role will also incorporate the exciting development of a new outreach service into the community.

We are looking to appoint someone with strong personal values aligned to those of the charity and who has the drive, together with innovative ideas, to establish a new service fit both for this decade and the next.

Support Worker – Care Bank

Could you be part of a dedicated team caring for adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting? Are you looking to get back in to full time employment or maybe would like the opportunity to work on a flexible basis?

Catholic Care operates a Care Bank which employs people to work as and when required to cover for sickness and annual leave. Employees would be supported in this by the teams of committed support workers in various homes and projects throughout the Diocese.  Training will be given.

In our homes we provide care and support for people from different cultural and religious backgrounds, to enable integration to the local community
