We are looking for an excellent values driven person for the role of a Support Worker plus Outreach across our supported living homes for adults with a learning disability and also out in the community. in the Leeds and Brighouse areas. The Charity does not employ agency staff and has a team of dedicated bank and floating staff to support the homes and outreach contracts.

Support Worker + Outreach
SP8 – SP12 £20,493 – £22,183 pro rata dependent on qualifications and experience
Vacancy covering: – North Kirklees/ Calderdale, Leeds, Bingley, Skipton

You would be required to work, in a person-centred way, as part of the team to help and support adults at risk to live independently in their own home, to enhance their skills and ability and to assist each person in making choices and decisions.
Experience and Qualifications
You must be prepared to work towards achieving a minimum of Level 2 Diploma, in Health and Social Care (Adults). You will be required to have effective computer and IT skills.
