We are currently recruiting for a support worker to provide waking night cover in one of our supported living houses, supporting adults with a learning disability.
If you are a caring person with energy, enthusiasm and the desire and passion to provide a high-quality service for our tenants in assisting them to maintain their independence and enjoy a high quality of life then this could be the role for you.
We are looking to appoint a person with strong personal values aligned to those of the charity to form part of a well-established team of support workers.
As a waking night support worker, you would be expected to carry out general duties throughout the night and provide any support that is required by the tenants as indicted in their support plans. This could include providing personal care, administering medication along with more general support and reassurance as and when needed.

Job Title: Support Worker (Waking Nights) – Sutton-in Craven
Salary: SP3 £19,100 to SP7 £20,444 Pro Rata (dependent upon experience)
Post: Permanent – Part Time (27 hours)– To form part of a rota covering 7 nights per week, this will include some weekends and bank holidays.
